Monday is ruled by the Moon.

This luminary brings our feelings into focus, points to how we nurture others / ourselves, and awakens the mother archetype. Self care, snuggles, and connecting to the emotional body will be the vibe.

I enjoy Monday’s! I am a Cancer Rising and Ruled by the Moon in my natal chart. I also find the optimism in each and every day. I have a lot of connection and ritual to connecting with the Planetary Ruler of each day.

I know that not everyone is out here meeting me on that level. Not everyone gets excited to see their feelings, to get back to work, and to jump back on task. And that is okay, because this is exactly what I love about Mondays. We all feel our feelings and sometimes it is messy, but emotional health and how we nurture self is IMPORTANT AF!
